Frequently asked questions
Do you handle government transactions for individuals?
Yes. Along with company work, we help individuals with visa renewals, family visas, Emirates ID, attestation and other personal transactions.
Do I need to visit a government office?
For most transactions, no. Medical tests, Emirates ID biometrics and some notary appointments require you to attend in person, and we book and prepare these for you.
Can you translate documents into Arabic?
Yes. We arrange certified legal translation for documents that must be submitted in Arabic.
How long do government transactions take?
It depends on the department and transaction. Many are completed within a few working days; others need approvals that take longer. We give you a timeline before we start.
